A leading precast concrete manufacturing factory in Jubail Industrial City is seeking a *highly experienced and technically qualified Precast Engineer* to join its team.
### Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage precast concrete production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Oversee casting, reinforcement, formwork, curing, demolding, and finishing operations.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and production specifications.
- Coordinate with production, quality control, maintenance, and project teams.
- Monitor production schedules, material consumption, manpower utilization, and operational performance.
- Identify production issues and implement effective technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety requirements, and factory procedures.
### Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- *Strong practical experience in precast concrete factories is mandatory.*
- Proven expertise in precast production processes, factory operations, and technical supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage production priorities.
- Preferred maximum age: 45 years.
### Salary & Benefits
- *Monthly Salary: SAR 6,000 – 10,000*, depending on experience and interview evaluation.
