A leading precast concrete manufacturing factory in Jubail Industrial City is looking for a *highly qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer* with strong hands-on experience in precast concrete manufacturing and quality management.
### Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the precast manufacturing process.
- Inspect raw materials, reinforcement, molds, concrete casting, curing, and finished precast elements.
- Conduct and supervise concrete quality tests, including slump tests, compressive strength tests, and other required inspections.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality reports, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable ASTM/ACI standards, and client requirements.
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production teams, consultants, and clients regarding inspections and quality approvals.
- Support internal and external audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
### Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- *Proven practical experience in QA/QC within precast concrete factories is mandatory.*
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology, precast production processes, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and ensure strict compliance with quality requirements.
- Preferred maximum age: 45 years.
