1. Paratha & Roll Cook — Salary SAR 1,800 – 2,000 / month
Duties:
• Make paratha dough fresh daily and cook parathas on the tawa
• Marinate and grill chicken boti, mutton boti, seekh kebab, malai boti and Bihari beef
• Prepare rolls, paratha pockets (egg, cheese, tuna, chicken) and fries
• Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety rules
• Handle rush hours and delivery-app orders quickly
Requirements:
• Pakistani, minimum 2 years' experience in a paratha / roll / BBQ shop
• Able to make soft, layered paratha and tasty boti rolls
• Fast and clean worker
• Transferable iqama preferred (inside Saudi Arabia)
• Valid or able to get a Baladiya health card
2. Karak Maker & Helper — Salary SAR 1,200 – 1,400 / month
Duties:
• Make karak chai (regular, strong, saffron, cardamom-ginger, iced) to the same taste every time
• Serve customers at the counter and pack takeaway / delivery orders
• Help the cook with prep and cleaning
• Cover the cook on his day off (basic paratha skills a plus)
Requirements:
• Pakistani, experience in karak / tea shop or restaurant preferred
• Clean, polite and honest
• Basic Arabic or English for customers is a plus
• Transferable iqama preferred
• Valid or able to get a Baladiya health card
