🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hotel Towers
China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is looking for an experienced Structural Steel Rebar Draftsman with strong expertise in reinforcement detailing for complex high-rise building structures.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare detailed reinforcement shop drawings for high-rise reinforced concrete structures.
Develop reinforcement details for columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls, foundations, and transfer structures.
Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), cutting lists, and reinforcement quantity details.
Interpret structural design drawings and convert them into accurate fabrication and installation drawings.
Detail bar sizes, shapes, spacing, lengths, laps, bends, anchorage, and couplers.
Coordinate with structural engineers, BBS engineers, and site construction teams.
Revise drawings according to consultant comments and approved structural changes.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Expert-level experience in high-rise building reinforcement detailing is mandatory.
Proven experience preparing structural rebar shop drawings and BBS.
Strong command of AutoCAD and reinforcement detailing standards.
Excellent ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
Experience with complex reinforced concrete high-rise towers and large-scale building projects.
Civil Engineering diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Experience with rebar detailing software is an advantage.
