🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hotel Towers
China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction activities for a major high-rise luxury hotel development in Medina.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage overall site construction activities from structural works through architectural finishing.
Supervise construction managers, project engineers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities to resolve site interfaces.
Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment, materials, and construction progress.
Coordinate with the client, consultant, planning, QA/QC, HSE, and technical departments.
Resolve construction challenges and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Direct experience in high-rise tower construction AND 5-star hotel projects is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Extensive experience managing large-scale building construction projects.
Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Saudi Arabia construction experience is preferred.
