Job Title: Food Delivery Rider / Driver
Location: Multiple Positions Across Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam)
Employment Type: Full-Time - 12 HOURS
Key Responsibilities
• Safely navigate delivery routes using GPS and mobile application dashboards to ensure timely drop-offs.
• Pick up orders from restaurants and check that packaging is secure before departing.
• Deliver orders to customers with a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and ensure delivery boxes or bags meet hygiene standards.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations while operating on the road.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Age: Must be between 18 and 30 years old.
• License & Documents: Valid driving license (car or motorbike) and a valid Iqama (for residents).
• Smartphone: iOS 13+ or Android 5+ device with a functional front and rear camera for app utilization.
• Communication: Basic English or Arabic language skills to communicate effectively with merchants and customers.
• Familiarity with mapping and navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze, etc.).
• Prior experience with major delivery platforms or dashboards is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive Earnings: Base salaries ranging from SAR 2,000 to SAR 4,500+ per month based on order targets, or competitive per-order service fees for freelance partners.
• Performance Bonuses: Attractive incentive structures for exceeding daily or monthly delivery targets (e.g., extra payouts for peak hours and high trip volumes).
