Job Description
Saudi AMS – Almas Medical Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide pre-hospital emergency medical care, ambulance-based emergency response, and patient transportation support at industrial and on-site medical facilities.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or recognised EMT qualification.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in emergency medical services or ambulance operations.
Experience in emergency response, patient assessment, stabilisation, and patient transportation.
Good knowledge of pre-hospital emergency care procedures.
SCFHS Licensure and Certifications
Valid SCFHS classification and registration as an EMS Technician (mandatory).
Valid BLS certification.
Valid PHTLS certification.
Valid Saudi Iqama with an appropriate professional designation, where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Provide pre-hospital emergency medical care within the authorised scope of practice.
Respond to medical emergencies and workplace injuries.
Perform initial patient assessment, triage, and emergency stabilisation.
Assist with patient handling, transfer, and transportation.
Operate and monitor emergency medical equipment.
Maintain ambulance medical equipment and emergency supplies.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other emergency response personnel.
Maintain accurate patient care reports and emergency response documentation.
Follow applicable Saudi healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and workplace HSE requirements.
