**Tadum Al-Ezz** is hiring an experienced **Delivery Operations Supervisor** to join its operations team in Riyadh, supporting last-mile delivery and logistics operations in partnership with **J&T Express**.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven professional with hands-on experience in managing delivery drivers and overseeing the complete shipment delivery cycle, from warehouse collection to final delivery and returning undelivered shipments to the warehouse.
### 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise delivery drivers and monitor daily operations.
- Ensure drivers report on time and collect their assigned shipments from the warehouse.
- Monitor drivers throughout the delivery process and ensure successful deliveries.
- Track pending, delayed, and unsuccessful deliveries.
- Ensure all undelivered shipments are returned to the warehouse.
- Verify returned shipments and ensure proper handover.
- Monitor Cash on Delivery (COD) collections and ensure accurate cash handover and reconciliation.
- Monitor driver productivity and daily operational KPIs.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with J&T management to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
### ⭐ Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or last-mile delivery.
- Proven experience managing and supervising delivery drivers.
- Practical experience in shipment collection, delivery follow-up, and returned shipment management.
- Experience handling COD collections and financial reconciliation.
- Previous experience with J&T Express or major courier companies is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience using shipment tracking systems and delivery management applications.
- Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) and availability to work in Riyadh.
