Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily OSP site activities, including fiber optic cable installation, ducting, trenching, excavation, and backfilling.
Oversee fiber optic cable pulling, jointing, splicing, and termination activities.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and site documentation.
Coordinate testing, commissioning, and fiber optic cable testing using OTDR and power meters.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, tools, and materials.
Coordinate with clients and consultants for inspections and work approvals.
