1. Job Responsibilities
Installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshooting AC units and diagnosing technical problems.
Cleaning and servicing AC filters, coils, and drainage systems.
Handling refrigerant gas charging and checking system performance.
Responding to maintenance requests and customer service calls.
Preparing maintenance reports
2. Employment Details
Job Title: AC Technician
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Working Schedule: As per company policy and operational requirements.
Probation Period: As per Saudi Labor Law.
3. Salary, Benefits & Allowances
Basic Salary: SAR 2,700 per month.
Food Allowance: SAR 300 per month.
Total Monthly Salary: SAR 3,000.
Accommodation: Provided by the company.
Transportation: Provided by the company.
Work Location: Within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
4. Legal Status & Documentation
The employee must have a valid Iqama (Saudi Residency Permit).
The employee must be eligible and willing to work under a legal Ajeer contract arranged in accordance with Saudi regulations.
The employee must maintain valid legal documentation throughout the employment period.
The employee must comply with all applicable Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
5. Work Quality & Responsibility
The employee shall be fully responsible for the quality and completion of all assigned work.
All maintenance tasks must be performed professionally and according to technical standards.
The employee must take responsibility for tools, equipment, and materials assigned to him.
Any negligence, damage caused by improper workmanship, or failure to follow safety instructions shall be handled in accordance with company policies and applicable Saudi Labor Law.
The employee must respect customers, maintain professional conduct, and follow the company's work instructions.
The employee must complete assigned jobs within the agreed timeframe and report any technical problems immediately.
6. General Conditions
The employee must follow company policies, safety regulations, and management instructions.
The employee must maintain punctuality and professional behavior.
Any additional employment terms shall be specified in the official employment contract.
