1. Job Responsibilities
Installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply and drainage systems.
Troubleshooting water leaks, pipe blockages, and plumbing faults.
Installation and maintenance of water pipes, valves, fittings, and sanitary fixtures.
Repairing and replacing damaged pipes, faucets, toilets, and water connections.
Performing preventive and corrective plumbing maintenance.
Inspecting water supply and drainage systems to ensure proper operation.
Installation and maintenance of water heaters, pumps, and related equipment.
Responding to maintenance requests and customer service calls.
Identifying water leakage sources and carrying out necessary repairs.
Preparing maintenance reports when required.

Working Schedule: As per company policy and operational requirements.
Probation Period: As per Saudi Labor Law.

5. Work Quality & Responsibility
The employee shall be fully responsible for the quality and completion of all assigned plumbing work.
All maintenance tasks must be performed professionally and according to approved technical standards.
The employee must take responsibility for tools, equipment, and materials assigned to him.
Any negligence, damage caused by improper workmanship, or failure to follow safety instructions shall be handled in accordance with company policies and applicable Saudi Labor Law.
The employee must respect customers, maintain professional conduct, and follow the company's work instructions.
The employee must complete assigned jobs within the agreed timeframe and immediately report any technical problems or water leakage issues.
6. General Conditions
The employee must follow company policies, safety regulations, and management instructions.
The employee must maintain punctuality and professional behavior.
Any additional employment terms shall be specified in the official employment contract.
