- Manage and supervise daily civil construction activities in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Plan, execute, and monitor site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and construction teams.
- Monitor civil and structural works, including excavation, foundations, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing works.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, QA/QC, HSE, and other departments.
- Review construction drawings and resolve technical site issues.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate site meetings.
- Identify construction problems and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure work is completed within approved project schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.
