We are a custom furniture manufacturer, producing made-to-order cabinetry, hardwood furniture, doors, veneer work, and painted and upholstered pieces. We are looking for a hands-on Production & Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily floor operations and keep every project on quality and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production across cabinet, hardwood, veneer, painting, and upholstery sections
Plan, assign, and follow up on work orders, schedules, and delivery deadlines
Lead and coordinate workers and technicians; maintain discipline and productivity
Ensure quality standards on custom orders, from shop drawings through finishing
Control material use, minimize waste, and keep the workshop organized and safe
Report daily progress and resolve production issues quickly
Requirements
Proven experience in supervision or management in a manufacturing or workshop environment
Solid background in carpentry and furniture or joinery production
Ability to read shop drawings and manage custom, project-based work
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of CNC machines is an advantage
Arabic required; English is a plus
