👌Position Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Extensive experience in high-rise buildings and 4/5-star hotel projects.
Candidates must have at least 80% of their total professional experience in high-rise building projects.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, project execution, and coordination.
Updated CV highlighting relevant project experience is required.
Important: Candidates without high-rise building and 4/5-star hotel project experience will not be considered. Please do not submit your CV if you do not meet the above requirements.
👌Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and supervise MEP project activities from execution to completion.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works with civil, structural, and architectural teams.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements.
Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Prepare progress reports and provide technical support to site teams.
