**Job Title:** Payroll Specialist
**Job Description:**
Manage and process the complete monthly payroll cycle and financial entitlements for more than 800 employees, ensuring accurate salary calculations and timely payroll processing. Responsibilities include reviewing attendance records, calculating salaries and allowances, and preparing and submitting payroll files to the bank for payment.
**Job Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in processing payroll and financial entitlements for more than 800 employees.
2. Strong knowledge of the complete payroll cycle, including:
- Receiving and reviewing attendance and timekeeping records.
- Calculating salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and other entitlements.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll sheets.
- Performing payroll reconciliations and ensuring data accuracy.
- Preparing and uploading bank payroll files for salary disbursement.
3. Thorough understanding of payroll procedures and financial settlements.
4. High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet payroll deadlines.
5. Available to join immediately.
