An Electrical Contracting & Maintenance Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced MV Testing, Commissioning & Protection Engineer.
Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
🔹 Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar field
🔹 Strong practical experience in protection relay testing, settings and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Testing and commissioning of MV switchgear, transformers, RMUs, cables, CTs, VTs and protection systems
🔹 Relay testing, primary/secondary injection and trip circuit verification
🔹 Circuit breaker, transformer and cable testing
🔹 Troubleshooting, maintenance and technical reporting
🔹 Compliance with safety and project standards.
Test Equipment:
Hands-on experience with FREJA, SVERKER, OMICRON CMC, CPC 100, ODEN, TTR, MTO, MOM, BDV testers, Hi-Pot testers, circuit breaker analyzers, CT analyzers and SF₆ analyzers, or equivalent.
