Experience: 7–8 years of relevant HSE experience in KSA
We are seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor with active Aramco approval to supervise site safety activities and support compliance with project HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise HSE officers and monitor daily site safety activities.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Verify compliance with permit-to-work procedures and safe working practices.
- Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting, excavation, hot work, and confined-space entry.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the client and construction teams on HSE matters.
- Maintain inspection reports, training records, and emergency preparedness arrangements.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7–8 years of relevant HSE experience in Saudi Arabia, including supervisory experience.
- Active Aramco approval.
- Valid BLS certificate.
- Valid NEBOSH and OSHA certifications.
- Available for deployment on a rental/Ajeer basis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
