🎯 THE MISSION
Manage the full project procurement cycle, from requisition to delivery and closeout, balancing price, quality, lead time and payment terms.
💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO
✔️ Review purchase requisitions and verify specifications, quantities and required dates
✔️ Issue RFQs and secure competitive bids from suppliers and subcontractors
✔️ Prepare technical and commercial comparisons, and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery
✔️ Issue and track POs and contracts through to closeout
✔️ Monitor supplier performance and source alternatives when needed
✔️ Coordinate with projects, the technical office, estimating, finance and warehouses
✔️ Maintain supplier and pricing databases and keep status reports up to date
✔️ Track tasks through Monday.com and email, and keep pricing and data confidential
🎓 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (Civil or Architectural preferred)
Proven procurement experience in contracting and projects
5+ years of hands-on experience in the Saudi market
Strong negotiation, comparison and price analysis skills
Knowledge of landscaping materials, finishes, civil works and MEP
Comfortable with site visits and visiting suppliers and markets
Transferable Iqama, and able to join within the required timeframe
