Job Responsibilities:
- Promote RIMBERS home and commercial maintenance services.
- Generate B2B and B2C customers and develop business partnerships.
- Coordinate with RIMBERS handymen, technicians, and maintenance teams.
- Communicate with our multinational technician network, including Egyptian, Syrian, Filipino, Indian, and Pakistani professionals.
- Assist with handyman registration, onboarding, communication, and follow-ups.
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, schools, and commercial establishments.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Generate sales leads, conduct customer follow-ups, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate customer requirements and technician availability through the RIMBERS platform.
- Prepare sales, marketing, and operational coordination reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Female applicants only.
- Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
- Valid Saudi residency documentation or national identification, as applicable.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with technicians from different nationalities.
- Good computer skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to transition from remote work to physical, on-site duties after probation.
Employment Conditions & Benefits:
- During Probation:** Work remotely from your location in Saudi Arabia.
- After Successful Probation:** Transition to physical, on-site sales and marketing responsibilities.
- Company Sponsorship:** Eligible expatriate employees will have their sponsorship transferred to RIMBERS after successful completion of probation, subject to applicable Saudi labor and immigration regulations.
