- 5–10+ years of sales/business development experience in machine shop services, machining, equipment repair, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven experience selling services to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Marine, or other heavy industrial customers.
- Good understanding of machining processes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for machine shop, machining, fabrication, and repair services.
