🤞Job Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in construction projects.
Must have proven experience in high-rise buildings and 4- or 5-star hotel projects.
At least 80% of total professional experience must be in high-rise building construction.
Candidates without high-rise building and 4- or 5-star hotel experience will not be considered.
Must submit an updated CV highlighting relevant project experience.
🤞Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
Ensure construction work meets quality standards and approved project specifications.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to maintain efficient site operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
