-UAT planning and execution, plus functional and regression testing
-Defect logging and tracking with developers through to resolution
-Change request management across multiple client feedback rounds
-Agile/Scrum, sprint planning and backlog support
-Handover, deployment support and post-delivery communication
Website and web development
-Custom WordPress websites, from scoping and site structure to content, functionality, testing and go-live
-Working knowledge of Elementor for page building and layout changes
-Working knowledge of cPanel for hosting, domain and deployment support
-Business websites, e-commerce and customer portals tailored to client workflows
-Web application development (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, MySQL, Chart.js)
-Website testing across devices and functionality, with revisions managed through multiple client feedback rounds
-Coordination between clients, designers and developers to deliver on scope and timeline

Qualifications
-Master's in CySec
-Bachelor’s in Computer Applications
-Diploma in Project Management
