**Project:** Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality
We are seeking a highly experienced **Technical Civil & Structural Manager** to lead technical activities for our prestigious high-rise and luxury hospitality development in Medina.
### Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all civil and structural technical activities across the project.
- Review and approve structural drawings, design calculations, specifications, BOQs and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with design consultants, clients, construction teams and specialist subcontractors.
- Review structural design solutions, construction methodologies and value engineering proposals.
- Ensure design coordination between civil, structural, architectural and MEP disciplines.
- Resolve technical issues, design discrepancies and construction-related challenges.
- Monitor technical submissions, consultant approvals and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Code and applicable international standards.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams.
### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum **15+ years of relevant experience** in civil and structural engineering.
- Extensive experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural systems, reinforced concrete, steel structures and construction methodologies.
- Experience in technical management, design coordination and consultant management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
