🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Luxury Hotel Towers
China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking a highly experienced Technical Civil & Steel Structural Manager to lead technical engineering, structural coordination, and design management for a major luxury hotel tower development.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead technical management of civil, structural, and steel structural engineering activities.
Review structural design drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical submissions.
Manage steel structure detailing, fabrication drawings, connection details, and erection requirements.
Coordinate civil, reinforced concrete, structural steel, and architectural interfaces.
Review and manage shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
Coordinate with consultants, designers, construction teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Manage technical queries, design changes, and engineering approvals to support construction progress.
🎯 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in 5-star hotel construction projects is mandatory.
Strong experience in high-rise building and complex structural construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory.
Extensive knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel systems.
Experience in structural design coordination, technical reviews, shop drawings, and steel detailing.
Strong leadership experience managing technical engineering teams.
Experience with luxury hospitality and mega-project developments is highly preferred.
