Position: Cook (Indian Food Specialist)
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: SAR 1,500 per month
Additional Allowance: SAR 200 per month
Total Monthly Salary: SAR 1,700
Duty Hours: 10 hours daily
Overtime: Approximately 1–2 hours daily, as per management requirements and applicable overtime regulations.
Weekly Off: One day per week.
Food: Three meals per day provided by the company.
Kitchen Assistance: Kitchen assistant support will be provided.
Iqama: Provided by the company.
Medical Insurance: Provided by the company.
Accommodation: Provided by the company.
Transportation: Provided by the company.
Air Ticket: Return air ticket provided by the company upon completion of the two-year contract.
Job Responsibilities
Must have good experience in preparing and cooking authentic Indian food.
Must be familiar with Indian dishes, curries, biryani, rice, vegetables, and traditional meals.
Responsible for daily food preparation according to management instructions.
Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Manage ingredients and ensure proper food storage.
Coordinate with kitchen assistants to ensure smooth food preparation.
Follow the company's kitchen standards and management instructions.
Contract Details
Contract Duration: 2 Years.
Contract Renewal: Renewable upon mutual agreement.
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
