- Desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral setup, troubleshooting and repair
- LAN / Wi-Fi connectivity troubleshooting and escalation
- SharePoint and SAP (SES & Notifications) user support
- IT asset inventory, onboarding of new employees, backups and antivirus

Education: B.Sc. Software Engineering (University of Swat), IT Support Professional Certificate, Microsoft 365 Training.
Languages: English (professional), Urdu, Pashto (native), Arabic (basic).
