We are looking for a subcontractor for concrete structural execution. The scope covers complete concrete structural execution for a major project, starting with 30,364 M³ of reinforced concrete works. The scope encompasses all operational phases for each structural element: formwork shuttering and de-shuttering, propping, rebar cutting, bending, and installation, concrete pouring, surface preparation, and curing. The initial major foundations constitute over 40% of the total volume, led by raft foundations and sump pits at 10,350 M³ and footings/plinths at 2,020 M³.
• The remaining initial scope covers essential substructure and superstructure elements across the development. Substructure grade beams account for 7,500 M³ alongside 224 M³ of slabs-on-grade. Elevated structural elements—comprising suspended/sloped slabs, drop panels, and beams—total 8,000 M³, while vertical elements, including retaining walls, core walls, columns, stairs, and water tank structures, add 2,270 M³. Based on the contractor's performance, speed, and execution progress, the total scope will increase up to 100,000 M³.
