A well-established and reputable Shipping & Logistics Company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and career-oriented individuals to join our Operations Department.
We welcome applications from both fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are interested in building a career in the shipping and maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily shipping and vessel operations.
Coordinate with vessel agents, port authorities, shipping lines, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor vessel schedules, arrivals, departures, and operational activities.
Assist in arranging vessel requirements, including provisions, launch boats, and other marine services.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and correspondence.
Follow up on ongoing operational matters to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Department.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in shipping, vessel operations, freight forwarding, or logistics will have an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally within the maritime and shipping industry.
