Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tiling Foreman with strong expertise in laser alignment, precision tile installation, and high-quality finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising tiling teams, ensuring accurate execution, maintaining quality standards, and achieving project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Supervision
Lead, supervise, and coordinate tiling installation teams.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor manpower productivity.
Project Location: AL KHOBAR - Long term Project ( 4 years)
Ensure timely execution according to project schedules.
Laser Alignment & Precision Installation
Expert in operating laser levels and laser alignment equipment.
Ensure accurate floor levels, wall alignment, slopes, and tile positioning.
Maintain precise tile spacing, straight joints, and uniform finishing.
Execute tiling works according to approved drawings and specifications.
Quality Control & Finishing
Ensure premium-quality workmanship and finishing standards.
Inspect tile alignment, flatness, joint uniformity, grouting, and edge finishing.
Identify and rectify installation defects.
Minimize material wastage and rework.
Technical Execution
Interpret architectural drawings, tile layouts, and shop drawings.
Supervise ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and large-format tile installations.
Manage substrate preparation, waterproofing coordination, tile adhesive application, and grouting.
Coordinate with project engineers and QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals.
Site Coordination & Safety
Monitor daily work progress and report to the Project Engineer.
Coordinate material requirements, tools, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with site safety and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in tiling and architectural finishing works.
Proven experience as a Tiling Foreman or Finishing Supervisor.
Mandatory hands-on experience with laser leveling and alignment equipment.
Strong knowledge of premium tile installation and finishing techniques.
Ability to manage a team of tilers and helpers independently.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Experience in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
