**URGENT APPEAL FOR HELP IN INDIA – PLEASE READ AND SHARE 🙏❤️**

I am a 56-year-old European woman who came to India with a dream: to learn yoga properly, deepen my knowledge, and hopefully build a new future for myself through yoga.

Unfortunately, my journey has turned into a very difficult situation, and I am desperately looking for help.

I originally enrolled in a yoga course, but had to withdraw because the student group was much larger than expected, consisting mainly of students in their twenties who were already advanced practitioners. As someone over 50 who considers herself a beginner, I felt completely out of place.

I was looking for a small, quiet, beginner-friendly group where I could learn properly, feel comfortable and develop at my own pace.

Since then, I have contacted numerous yoga schools throughout India, looking for a suitable Foundation Yoga Course and ideally the opportunity to continue with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Unfortunately, I have received nothing but rejections or offers that do not meet my requirements.

**MY SITUATION HAS NOW BECOME URGENT.**

I am travelling alone in India, I have no monthly income and no financial security. I am currently homeless again, without a stable place to stay.

To make matters even more difficult, my Indian visa expires at the end of December 2026. I have very little time left to find a realistic solution. Without help, it is becoming impossible for me to remain in India, and I honestly don't know what will happen next.

I have nowhere to return to and no stable home or support system waiting for me.

I have already posted in several Facebook yoga groups, hoping someone might offer advice, an opportunity or some form of assistance. Sadly, I have received almost no responses.

I am reaching out again because I genuinely don't know where else to turn.

**WHAT I AM HOPING TO FIND:**

- A safe place to stay, preferably a private room.
- An affordable Foundation Yoga Course in a very small group, ideally no more than 5 students.
- Ideally, an opportunity to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training as well.
- A yoga school, ashram or teacher who might be willing to offer flexible payment arrangements, a scholarship or an exchange of help for accommodation and training.
- Someone who can help me find a realistic way forward before my visa expires.

I am not looking for luxury. I am looking for a chance to learn, grow, and rebuild my life.

I am willing to work hard, help with daily activities, volunteer where appropriate and give my time and commitment in return for an opportunity.

I know that India is a country with a beautiful spiritual tradition, compassion and humanity. I still hope that somewhere there is a person, a yoga teacher, a school or an organisation willing to extend a helping hand.

**PLEASE, if anyone knows someone who could help me, I would be deeply grateful if you contacted me privately.**

Even sharing this advertisement could make a difference.

I am a European woman who came to India with a dream, and I am now facing a situation I never imagined I would be in.

I don't want to give up on that dream, but I cannot do this alone anymore.

**Please, if you can help in any way, don't hesitate to reach out. I desperately need a little kindness, guidance and hope right now.**

Thank you for reading and for sharing. 🙏❤️
