Key Responsibilities
• Execute installation, termination, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of FIBER, ICT, Security & ELV systems.
• Perform installation and testing of Fiber Optic, Structured Cabling, CAT6/CAT6A, Telecom, and Data Network systems.
• Carry out fiber optic splicing, termination, OTDR testing, power meter testing, and fault troubleshooting.
• Perform installation and commissioning of Access Control, Public Address, IPTV/SMATV, and other ELV systems.
• Handle Data Center infrastructure, including racks/cabinets, patch panels, fiber enclosures, cable management, structured cabling, and equipment connectivity.
• Read and interpret ICT/ELV shop drawings, SLDs, schematics, and layouts.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, QA/QC, and other disciplines to ensure works are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Candidate Requirements
• Diploma or Technical Certificate in ICT, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ICT, Security & ELV projects.
• Strong experience in Data Center installation and structured cabling.
• Proven experience in Fiber Optic Splicing and Testing.
• Experience with OTDR, Fluke DSX, Optical Power Meter, Fusion Splicer, and other relevant testing equipment.
• Experience with Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, Network Infrastructure, and ELV systems.
• Relevant professional/manufacturer certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco / major Saudi projects is an advantage.
• Ability to lead technicians and coordinate site activities independently.
• Good understanding of ICT/ELV standards, installation practices, testing, and commissioning.
• Valid Saudi transferable Iqama is preferred.

Candidates holding relevant certifications such as BICSI, FOA/CFOT, Fluke, manufacturer certifications, CCTV/Access Control certifications, or other recognized ICT/ELV certifications will be given preference.
