📌 Key Candidate Requirements
VRF Specialization: Must have hands-on knowledge of Mitsubishi & Daikin VRF systems (troubleshooting, fault codes, controls).
Skills: Experience with window, split, package, and ducted split AC systems. Strong ability to read electrical/mechanical wiring layouts & schematics.
Safety & Standards: Strict compliance with refrigerant handling, HVAC safety protocols, and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA).
Education: Diploma / ITI in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration or Mechanical Engineering.
