Perform Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating activities on pipes and pipeline components.
Operate and monitor FBE coating equipment and application systems.
Prepare pipe surfaces through abrasive blasting before coating application.
Monitor preheating temperature and coating application parameters.
Ensure proper coating thickness and uniform application.
Conduct coating inspection and holiday testing.
Check surface cleanliness, profile, and coating quality.
Identify and report coating defects and carry out necessary repairs.
Follow project specifications, approved procedures, and safety requirements.
2. Qualification Requirements
Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Coating, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in FBE coating operations.
Experience in oil & gas, pipeline, or petrochemical projects.
Knowledge of FBE coating application procedures and equipment.
Ability to understand technical specifications and inspection reports.
