Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive sales and lead generation.
Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and close high-value deals independently.
Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets.
Develop opportunities across Enterprise, Mid-Market, Government, BFSI, Banking, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, and Education sectors.
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, and commercial offers.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and decision-makers.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in IT Business Development or IT Solutions Sales.
Strong background in Managed IT Services sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to independently generate leads and close deals.
Must be currently available in the UAE.
