Job Summary
Averroes Academy is seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate AI Trainer to develop and deliver specialized Artificial Intelligence training programs for corporate clients and professional teams.
The candidate must have at least 3 years of professional corporate training experience, including a proven track record of delivering AI-focused training to organizations. The candidate should be capable of developing structured, industry-relevant training programs aligned with corporate requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver customized AI training programs for corporate clients.
• Assess organizational training requirements and align programs with business objectives.
• Develop structured course outlines, curricula, training materials, and practical exercises.
• Deliver professional training sessions incorporating relevant business applications and industry case studies.
• Adapt training content to different industries, departments, and professional levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and assess participants' learning outcomes.
• Keep training content updated in line with AI developments and industry practices.
• Incorporate responsible AI practices, data privacy, and ethical considerations into training programs.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional corporate training experience, including AI-related training.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI training programs specifically for corporate organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Ability to design and prepare AI training programs tailored to the specific requirements of corporate clients
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and aligning training content with organizational objectives.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training facilitation skills.
