Job Summary
Averroes Academy is seeking an experienced Corporate Cybersecurity Trainer to design, develop, and deliver specialized cybersecurity training programs for corporate clients, business organizations, and professional teams.
The candidate must have at least 3 years of professional corporate training experience, specifically in delivering cybersecurity training within organizational environments. The candidate must be capable of identifying corporate cybersecurity training needs and developing practical, business-oriented programs that strengthen employees' cybersecurity awareness and organizational security practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver customized cybersecurity training programs for corporate clients.
• Conduct cybersecurity training needs assessments and identify organizational cybersecurity gaps.
• Develop structured training curricula, course materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Deliver specialized training on corporate information security, network security, risk management, and cybersecurity awareness.
• Train employees and professional teams in identifying cyber threats, phishing attacks, social engineering, and security vulnerabilities.
• Develop training scenarios and practical case studies relevant to corporate operations.
• Address cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and assess employees' learning outcomes.
• Ensure training programs and content are aligned with the respective company's requirements and may be updated as those requirements evolve.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional corporate training experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience designing and delivering cybersecurity training programs specifically for corporate organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to develop customized cybersecurity training programs based on corporate requirements and industry-specific security challenges.
• Experience conducting organizational training needs assessments and aligning training objectives with business security requirements.
• Knowledge of corporate cybersecurity frameworks, information security policies, and risk management practices.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and professional training facilitation skills.
