Job Summary
Averroes Academy is seeking an experienced Corporate Data Analyst Trainer to design, develop, and deliver specialized data analytics training programs for corporate clients, business organizations, and professional teams.
The candidate must have at least 3 years of professional corporate training experience, specifically in delivering data analytics training within organizational environments. The candidate should be capable of developing practical, business-oriented training programs that enhance employees' data analysis, interpretation, and decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver professional corporate data analytics training programs.
• Assess corporate training requirements and identify relevant employee development needs.
• Develop and update training curricula, course materials, and learning resources.
• Ensure all training programs and content are aligned with the respective company's requirements and objectives.
• Keep training content updated in line with the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analytics.
• Adapt training materials and delivery approaches according to evolving organizational needs.
• Maintain professional training standards and ensure effective delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and assess participants' learning outcomes.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional corporate training experience in Data Analytics.
• Proven experience designing and delivering data analytics training programs specifically for corporate organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence.
• Professional experience with relevant data analytics tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python.
• Ability to develop customized data analytics training programs based on corporate requirements and industry-specific challenges.
• Experience conducting organizational training needs assessments and aligning training objectives with business requirements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and professional training facilitation skills.
