Job Summary
Averroes Academy is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Trainer to design, develop, and deliver specialized finance training programs for corporate clients, business organizations, and professional teams.
The candidate must have at least 3 years of professional corporate training experience, specifically in delivering finance-related training within organizational environments. The candidate should be capable of developing practical, business-oriented training programs that strengthen employees' financial knowledge, analytical capabilities, and understanding of financial management.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver professional corporate finance training programs.
• Assess corporate training requirements and identify relevant employee development needs.
• Develop and update training curricula, course materials, and learning resources.
• Ensure all training programs and content are aligned with the respective company's requirements and objectives.
• Keep training content updated in line with the latest industry developments, financial regulations, standards, and emerging practices.
• Adapt training materials and delivery approaches according to evolving organizational needs.
• Maintain professional training standards and ensure effective delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and assess participants' learning outcomes.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional corporate training experience in Finance.
• Proven experience designing and delivering finance training programs specifically for corporate organizations.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong professional expertise in financial management, financial analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of corporate finance practices, financial planning, risk management, and financial controls.
• Ability to develop customized finance training programs based on corporate requirements and industry-specific challenges.
• Experience conducting organizational training needs assessments and aligning training objectives with business requirements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and professional training facilitation skills.
