Annual rent:
- SAR 45,000 in one upfront payment.
- SAR 50,000 in two installments of SAR 25,000 each—the first upfront and the second after six months.

Important: This is an office-sharing arrangement. The main rental contract remains in RITCO’s name. A Baladiya Ruqsa (municipal license) and a separate rental agreement through the Ejar portal will not be available for the incoming occupant. You may put up your company’s signboard.
