Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, fabrication, welding, painting, and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, MIRs, WIRs and QC reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and third-party inspection agencies.
- Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and ISO standards.
- Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in steel fabrication and construction.
- Good knowledge of welding inspection, WPS, PQR and applicable international standards.
- NDT Level II certification will be an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
