Job Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Experience in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for various job vacancies.
Ability to coordinate with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and candidates.
Knowledge of recruitment portals, job posting platforms, and CV databases.
Ability to screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian manpower recruitment market is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates for various job vacancies.
Identify and coordinate with recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
Maintain candidate databases and sourcing records.
Screen CVs and coordinate interviews.
Ensure timely submission of suitable candidate profiles.
