Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and variance analysis.
Experience in monitoring food costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo experience is an advantage).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
