Megawatt Solution is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to expand our equipment rental business and develop new electrical project opportunities across Saudi Arabia, particularly in the power generation, oil & gas, construction, and industrial sectors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop new heavy equipment rental opportunities, including forklifts, generators, and related industrial equipment.
- Identify and develop new electrical projects in power plants, oil & gas facilities, and other industrial sectors.
- Generate leads and establish relationships with contractors, EPC companies, industrial clients, and project owners.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and rental agreements.
- Negotiate with customers and secure new rental contracts and project opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor market opportunities, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development, industrial sales, heavy equipment rental, power equipment rental, or electrical projects.
- **Valid Saudi driving licence is mandatory.**
- Good knowledge of the Saudi industrial, construction, power generation, and oil & gas markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience dealing with EPC contractors, industrial companies, or equipment rental customers is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits across Saudi Arabia.
