Baba Khabbaz is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Dammam.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive professional who enjoys recruitment, communicating with people, and discovering great talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and follow up on job vacancies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates.
- Review CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.
- Communicate with candidates and arrange interviews.
- Follow up on job offers and recruitment procedures.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
- Monitor candidates throughout the recruitment process until joining.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Good command of both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
