Job Role:
Lead day-to-day operations for FinCorp Global’s Saudi entities. Visit banks on behalf of the company, submit and collect documents, and follow up with bank representatives until each request is complete. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers, keep track of outstanding tasks and resolve delays to meet company deadlines.
The Company:
FinCorp Global is a multinational management consulting firm with a physical presence in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Hong Kong, China. The firm has operated in the GCC for more than three years and has two operational entities in Saudi Arabia, with offices in central Riyadh and Jeddah. Licensing is underway for a full-fledged Islamic investment bank in the UAE and a separate Islamic capital company in Saudi Arabia.
FinCorp’s activities include management consulting, corporate finance coordination and real estate investments. Our team includes former professionals from HSBC, Alissa Group, Price Waterhouse, ABN AMRO, Citibank and Standard Chartered. The company has approximately SAR 30 million in equity and is targeting SAR 50 million by year-end 2026.
Requirements:
1- A minimum of five years of operations experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
2- Prior experience working in operations at a non-bank financial institution (NBFI) is required.
3- Hands-on experience dealing with Saudi banks, managing company documentation and handling day-to-day operational matters independently.
4- Ability to prioritise competing requests work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5- Fluency in spoken Arabic is an advantage.
6- Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply. An Indian visa is unavailable for this position.
Salary & Remuneration:
The monthly package can reach SAR 10,000 or more, including a gross monthly salary of SAR 6,000–8,000, accommodation and travel support. FinCorp also provides on-site learning and sponsors international certifications. Separate performance bonuses and a share in business generated and managed may be awarded at the company’s discretion.
