Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced PDM Technician to join our team for industrial projects in Jubail.
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform condition monitoring of rotating equipment.
* Conduct vibration analysis and data trending.
* Carry out infrared thermography inspections.
* Perform oil analysis and lubrication condition monitoring.
* Conduct ultrasonic condition monitoring.
* Assist with alignment checks and maintenance recommendations.
* Prepare inspection reports and update PdM records in SAP PM.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Engineering graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
* CAT-II Vibration Analysis certification (Mandatory).
* CAT-I Ultrasound Monitoring certification (Mandatory).
* Certification in Oil Analysis.
* Certification in Thermography.
* Minimum 3 years of vibration analysis experience, including at least 2 years in a steel plant.
* Minimum 2 years of ultrasound monitoring experience in a steel plant.
Work Schedule:
* 8 hours per day.
* 6 days per week.
