1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
2. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP PM processes, T-Codes, Notifications, Work Orders, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Equipment Masters, and Functional Locations.
4. Experience in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance management.
5. Ability to analyze maintenance KPIs, backlog reports, and equipment history.
6. Experience in facilities management, industrial plants, petrochemical, or manufacturing environments.
7. SAP S/4HANA PM experience is preferred.
8. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and report-writing skills.
