* 3–4 years of practical experience in construction projects.
* Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
* Good knowledge of surveying works and site measurements.
* Ability to prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and timelines.
* Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
* Good coordination and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
