Capital markets and funds: Managing finance deliverables for multiple CMA-regulated companies and investment funds, including CAM, 4SR/2SR, ILPA, SVC/Jada reporting, capital calls, management fees and investor reporting.
IFRS and audits: IFRS financial reporting and conversion, audit coordination, financial statement preparation, reconciliations and resolution of audit queries.
ERP implementation and transformation: Hands-on experience with Odoo, SAP Business One, Oracle R12, QuickBooks, Qoyood and Zoho, including implementation, process improvement, system integration and reporting automation.
Saudi healthcare: Finance operations across multiple clinics, SAP Business One implementation, stronger financial controls and improved reporting timelines.
Logistics: CFO support, payroll automation for 700+ drivers, cash-on-delivery controls, financial modelling and profitability improvement.
Reporting and automation: Advanced Excel, SQL-based reporting and Power BI dashboard development.
Experienced in leading finance teams, working directly with senior management, auditors and investors, and supporting multiple entities through outsourced CFO services.
