Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Computer Operator / Warehouse Accountant to manage operations at our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) warehouse in Rafha, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will handle inventory tracking, data entry, and sales documentation for our extensive product lines, which include food, beverages, and household hygiene items.
Key Responsibilities:
• ERP Management: Daily recording of stock movements, invoicing, and accounts using Al Shamil ERP software.
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels for food and beverage items (baked goods, cold drinks, rice, macaroni, chocolates) and non-food items (detergents, soaps, shampoos, tissues).
• Sales & Dispatch Documentation: Processing orders, generating delivery notes, and tracking sales data for distribution.
• Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation and sales reports for management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Must be a Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Computer , Accounting, or a related field preferred).
• Software Skills: Hands-on experience operating Al Shamil software or similar accounting ERPs is mandatory.
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the sales, inventory management, or distribution of FMCG goods, specifically:
• Food & Beverages: Baked goods, Chocolates, Cold drinks, Rice, Dry Milk, Vegetable Oil and Macaroni.
• Household & Cleaning: Detergents (Tide, Fairy, Clorox), Soaps, Shampoos and Tissue products.
• Language: Good communication skills in Arabic (mandatory) English and Urdu.
• Location: Must be currently residing in or ready to relocate to Rafha (Northern Borders Province of KSA)
• Iqama: Valid and transferable Iqama is highly preferred.
